Millones de latidos

Esta vez perdí el tren pero fué mi elección. He visto otros paisajes, he escuchado otros sonidos. Y estoy lista para volver a escuchar el traqueteo del tren. Otra ruta, otras vistas, pero los mismos ojos que deciden cúal es la estación en la que debo apearme. Nunca perdais la ilusión. El éxito se mide en función de la pasión por lo que haces en cada momento.

 

This time I missed the train but it was my choice. I have seen other landscapes, I've heard other sounds. And I'm ready to hear the rattle of the train again. Another route, other views, but the same eyes that decide which one is the station I am going to choose. Never loose faith. Success is measured in terms of passion for what you do every time.

Hay tantas barreras. Tantos miedos. Una debe lanzarse para conseguir sus sueños. Reviso los números una y otra vez. Y otra. Y otra. Pronto llegará la próxima estación. A ratos miro el paisaje desde el tren. ¿Dónde encontrar la respuesta? ¿Dentro del tren o fuera?

 

There are so many barriers. So many fears. I must release to achieve my dreams. I check accounting again and again. One more time. And another. Next station will come soon.  I look at the landscape outside the train from time to time. Where can I find the answer? Inside the train or outside?

Las dos caras de Dresde.

La ciudad de Dresde fue brutalmente bombardeada durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial.

 

The city of Dresden was severely bombed during the Second World War.

 

 

 

Con el paso de los años esta ciudad supo mirar hacia el futuro. La reconstrucción de Dresde tuvo siempre presente su legado histórico. Imágenes como estas son prueba de ello. Las piedras antiguas (de antes del bombardeo) se integran en las fachadas de los edificios.

 

Over the years this city has looked toward the future. The reconstruction of Dresden has always been based on its historical legacy. Images like these prove it. Ancient stones (before the bombing) are integrated into the facades of the buildings.

BookCrossing de hoy en dia

 

 

Os he hablado de este movimiento en otras ocasiones. Se trata de dejar un libro en un lugar de la ciudad para que otro lo recoja, lo disfrute y vuelva a dejarlo en otro lugar con idea de que la historia se repita. Os propongo que os unais a esta filosofía,no se trata de llenar la ciudad de libros sino de trasladar esta idea a pequeños gestos diarios. Es una filosofía que termina en el momento en que alguien recoge los libros y se limita a acumularlos en una estantería o a sacar un beneficio económico con su venta. Se rompe la cadena. Y el movimiento termina.

I have talked about this movement before. It's about leaving a book in the city. Another person finds it, enjoys it and leaves it again in another place. History will repeat itself. I propose you to join to this philosophy, is not about filling the city with books but about transferring this idea to small daily gestures. It is a philosophy that ends in the moment that someone collects books and accumulate them on a shelf or gets an economic benefit from its sale. The chain is broken. And the movement finishes.

Un nuevo mercado

La economía lo invade todo. Desde las necesidades básicas hasta las relaciones. Muchísimo más hoy en dia: en las noticias, las conversaciones en el autobús, al encender el interruptor de la luz, al empezar un nuevo proyecto empresarial. Os propongo un ejercicio, demos forma a la creación de un nuevo mercado fuera de los estereotipos actuales, donde los índices bursátiles desaparezcan y se conviertan en valores de un nuevo mercado. Honestidad, generosidad y transformación como banderas. ¿Lo construimos entre todos?

Economy pervades everything. From basic needs to relationships. A great deal these days: hearing  the news, having conversations on the bus, switching on the light, starting a new business project. I propose an exercise, let´s create a new market outside the current stereotypes, where stock markets  disappear and become in new market values. Honesty, generosity and transformation as flags. Can we build it all together?

Necesita nuevos anclajes.

Reparar las vías.

Ventilarlo y limpiar los cristales para dejar entrar la luz de nuevo.

Y sobre todo llenarlo de vida.
